The 1 bedroom, 1 bath tiny home can accommodate 2 guests. One of the first things you notice is the bright copper metal roof set atop the cotton-colored siding and deep rust-stained cedar trim that wraps each of our large commercial glass windows and door. You’ll enjoy awesome uninterrupted views of all the wildlife and the beautiful outdoors that surround this special retreat. The Wildflower boasts a 20-foot covered patio. The Wildflower haven has a private hot tub, private cowboy water trough splash pool, electric Fireplace, Smart TV with Roku, WiFi, firepit table, Blackstone flat top griddle, double hammock, Adirondack chairs, bistro table and chairs, and is located in Hondo, Texas, United States.

The Wildflower Haven is located in a rural area on our 72-acre ranch. You will see and have an opportunity to feed our three special Longhorns (Seco, Elvis, and Medina), view the Blackbuck Antelope and babies, and see and hear a variety of birds and many other critters. Detailed driving directions will be provided to you. Since it’s a rural area, they will come in handy as some GPS systems say the property doesn’t exist. You will need a vehicle to get to the property and navigate The Texas Hill Country.

Hondo, Texas is the perfect place to escape from the stresses of life. Only 30 minutes away from San Antonio, Hondo is a community that offers a variety of outdoor activities from camping, fishing, walking, and hiking trails. Hondo is a great place to stay and relax, play, shop, and dine. It is becoming one of the highest-growing regions in the State. The area is extremely safe and has some of the best recreational parks and facilities, churches, and schools, in Texas. It is a great place to visit because of its close distance to Texas’ major attractions.

Hondo is widely known for hosting seasonal festivals and fairs. The Cowboy Country Roundup is held every spring. The Hondo Army Air Field Fly-in is held every May. In October, come stuff yourself with a delicious barbeque at the Wild Game Festival. The Hometown Holiday event in December is a great time to enjoy the white, frosty snow with the family. There is also great late-night shopping that takes place during this event. Enjoy some good ole’ Barbeque at Heavy’s Barbecue on 19th Street. Where the food is delicious, service is speedy, and the atmosphere is unique, guests are sure to be wowed.

With as many as 2.5 million visitors a year, the Alamo Museum exhibits more than 300 years of history.
