Come float the Guadalupe, go fishing or just come and relax on the comfortable deck and have a BBQ. With a large TV, comfortable accommodations for 6 guests, and a spacious deck this tiny home ensures an enjoyable and relaxing vacation stay. You will want to note that the stairs to the loft are steep. Please consider this before booking and use caution.
The loft has a low ceiling and there is no room for adults or older children to completely stand up. Guests have access to the tiny house, parking for two cars, and a shared river access point. Three RVs are parked near this tiny house. The tiny house has all the comforts of home, and you may even be inspired for a tiny house of your own. During your vacation stay you can float, fish, and kayak on the river.
The tiny house has river access that is shared with 4 other rental properties (a cottage and three RVs). This is not a public river access point, but private for River Town Rental properties. It takes about 2 to 3 minutes to walk to get to the river entrance area. Pets are allowed with an additional fee, but you’ll want to be mindful to keep pets off of furniture and beds. Linens and towels, and clean, fresh bed linens are always provided. A queen-sized bed will be made, but the loft space will have linens neatly placed and waiting to be made by guests, as needed. The property owners will also provide the towels needed for bath and shower needs, but these are not for use at the river. Please plan to bring your beach towels for your outdoor water activities.
Ice and water. This tiny house has a country water well, so you may want to bring your drinking water. There are no ice-makers in the tiny home so make a plan for any necessary ice, as well. There is a self-serve ice machine conveniently located at the front of the property, near the main road.
A TV is provided in the living room, it is equipped with Roku to access cable and you are welcome to sign into your streaming accounts during your vacation stay. There is a charcoal grill available, but you must provide your charcoal, lighter fluid, and matches. County burn bans do not apply to outdoor grilling. You will have to provide your firewood for the fire pit. Campfires are not allowed during a county burn ban. Please check the status of the burn ban at the Comal County website.
